York Archers Society invite you to join us for our October clout competition. It is a Tassel Award status double one-way GNAS clout round.
It will be held at Hopgrove Playing Fields (Malton Road, York, YO32 9TE) on Saturday 14th October, with sighters at 10.30am. Hot food will be available for a small fee on the day.
The tournament organiser is Liam Pattinson (tournaments@yorkarchers.co.uk).
The distances shot by each archer will be:
Senior Gents: 180 yds
Senior Ladies: 140 yds
Under 21 (year of birth 2003 to 2005): 140 yds
Under 18 (year of birth 2006 to 2007): 120 yds
Under 16 (year of birth 2008 to 2009): 100 yds
Under 14 (year of birth 2010 or later): 80 yds
Please note:
Due to the danger of inexperienced archers overshooting the field, we require all competitors to have received prior instruction in clout archery. Please get in touch if you would like to take part but have not yet had any experience shooting clout archery.
There will be no refunds given for archers who withdraw from the event.
Closing date for any entries is Friday 6th of October.
York Archers Society will not be held responsible for any damage caused to arrows during the event.
Upon adding this ticket to your basket a form will pop up and require filling in so that we can allocate spaces. Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis based on the timestamp of purchase. If the event is oversold, a full refund will be made to anybody that does not get a space.
